My computer is a DELL Precision M2400 model and has a Fingerprint reader built in. Unfortunately, the Bitlocker is reporting that no Biometric device exist on my computer therefore I am notĪble to use the Bitlocker. My intention was to use the Bitlocker feature of the ultimate version. Yesterday I purchased the upgrade from Win 7 64 bit Professional to Ultimate.
